Bursts of light

I beat Zelda last night. It’s one of those games you don’t want to end — it’s just far too good. I know a lot of people have said that it really drops off in the last third of the game, and to an extent that IS true, but it definitely didn’t ruin the experience for me, and it’s absolutely one of my favourite Zelda games.

I still haven’t figured out what to write for my epic pitch. I have concepts but I have the feeling that were I to write anything based on them, I’d end up with little more than surreal imagery and confusing words — not unlike all that text behind the logo on the front page. I DID write half of a Spider-Man story in lecture one day — one of the ones towards the end, probably an art lecture — but I left my notebook in Toronto, so I’ll have to check that out when I head back this Thursday.

Also — and I just realized this — I use way too many dashes.

I think we’re going to see A Mighty Wind sometime this week. Or maybe we’ll get lazy and do nothing! Laziness rules.
