Everyone good keeps dying
Singer/songwriter Elliott Smith died from what appears to be a suicide. He was just 34. He was never my favourite artist, but I was a big fan of his work on the Good Will Hunting and Royal Tenenbaums soundtracks, and Either/Or was a brilliant album. He was always one of those artists that I wanted to get more familiar with, you know? And now I’m sitting here on a Wednesday afternoon in October listening to “Say Yes” and it is, in fact, really fucking good.
Poor Guy. Do yourself a favour and look up some of his tracks.

Did I recommend Either/Or to you originally? That’d be neat. This news depressed me so much that I ended up writing an article about it in math class earlier this week. I won’t paste it all here, but it’ll be on Sports-Den.net in a week.
Allison Elliott who has some connection to ER is not dead… somehow I was hoping that would make you feel better.
