And yeah, GG’s a girly show. But I like that Rory’s in uni now. I was sick of her being a 20-something actress stuck in highschool.

I started watching Gilmore Girls not very long ago! I’ve only seen like two episodes, but I really really like the witty dialogue. Oh, those girls.

Carson Daly still hosts “Later”? Last time I saw it, they were trying to cram like three guests and two bands into a half-hour timeslot and it was just this huge clusterfuck. I remember he interviewed John Stewart once and succeeded in sucking all the humour out of the interview! He’s like a black hole of suck, that Carson Daly.

I’m pretty sure that in a couple of years, he and Tara Reid will get back together. They’re two annoyingly vain ‘idols’ desperately trying to hold onto to their youth — if that’s not a recipe for love, what is?

Also, since when do you watch GG? And not tell me? I need to keep tabs on people who share my obsessions, it keeps me somewhat grounded.

I’m not a big Scrubs fan, admittedly… but on Carson the other night (when Phantom Planet were on. Sigh.) one of the guys from the Sopranos was a guest, and he started off the night with a great “Tara Reid public drunkenness” story, and you HAD to see Carson’s face. That poor dogfaced man. Tsk tsk. Then he and Moby stooped so low as to make fun of Hanson. SERIOUSLY! Like they’re anywhere near topical right now, aside from Ike being in the hospital with a blood clot in his arm for excessive mastur– guitar playing. What was funny about that was that 2 of the Phantom Planet guys are guest artists on Hanson’s new CD. Suckers!

Oh– and TWP is the most useful website ever. I miss reading Buffy recaps. *sigh*

I will try using that response to the next (first?!) girl who pulls the “falling in love” line on me. Hope it’s Tara Reid or I’ll look silly!

And yeah, despite Oasis doing nothing of note for several years, _What’s The Story, Morning Glory?_ was a great album, with “Don’t Look Back in Anger” being my favourite track. ’cause, oh, Sally can wait…

“Ed” — yeah, it WAS cancelled until like a couple of weeks into the summer, I think. I’m thinking this season will really be the last — unless Ed and Carol somehow break-up — because with them together, and MARRIED, the show has no real place to go.

Tara Reid hasn’t been terrible, but her voice still makes me tremble with rage. The correct response to “I think I’m falling in love with you” is, in fact, “You made-out with Jerry O’Connell, Carson Daly and the kid from Rookie of the Year, you worthless skank!”

I actually like Tara Reid so far in Scrubs, which is sort of surprising — when I first saw she was guest-starring, I immediately assumed that the show was going to COLLAPSE from the mere fact that she had walked on the set.

Scrubs sidenote: What exactly are you supposed to say if a girl says “I think I’m falling in love with you”? “I think I’m falling in love with you too” just sounds lame.
