Still alive.
Check out the kings page for a bit of a recap and some pictures of the big Hurricane I just experienced. Needless to say it was one hell of a memorable time and, while it certainly took its toll as far as property damage was concerned, I can’t help but think that it was really really cool.
As per specifications, the Halifax Hurricane has been retroactively renamed from “Hurricane Juan” to “Hurricane Dr. Claw.” A much more EVIL and SINISTER name, better denoting the Hurricane’s dastardly intentions. I hope that all newsmedia will pick up on the change.
Speaking of Dr. Claw, how many of you have seen THIS childhood-destroying image?
This past week has been a messed up jumble of hours that seem like days and days that seem like hours. So much imagery has passed through mind but it’s all lacked any sort of cohesion. Hurricanes, and stews, and no classes, and long walks where you’re not sure what to say, and bald men in bars selling roses from a bucket. It all makes sense, but only in a whacked-out, upside-down, what-the-hell-was-that sort of way.
It’s been a good week.
I’ve decided to write a story about time travel. Only I’m not quite sure how it begins. Or ends. All I really know is the time travel part. But fuck I think it’s good.
