And finally, a tugboat:
That’s where I’ll spend my year. The room, I mean. Not the tugboat. Though wouldn’t that be fucking great? “Hey, Theodore! Time for adventure!” And then he’d blow his little steamwhistle and off we’d go, floating off to fun and marvelous times, just me and him.
The room, though — pretty nice. I have about 30 more DVDs to add to that bookshelf, but other than that, what else do I need, really?

cribs: matt edition
where was the computer?
Hey there Matt! When did you move your stuff in? Where did that 0.50$ couch go off to? Oh the appartment…ahhhh
Who are you, name?! The computer is a crappy Pentium 2 that I was using as my fileserver until it broke. Now I just use a USB2 external hard drive.
My parents moved my stuff in when they were there last week. I haven’t been to Halifax yet. I don’t even have a flight! (I need to get on that.)
The couch (Which was ACTUALLY $40!) still lives, unfortunately. It’s in the living room right now. I’m either going to curb it or give it away, I think. Unless we really want another couch in the living room.
My house might need that couch, if you chose to curb it. I don’t know if anyone is bothering to bring one. The tricky part is that our living room is on the 3rd floor.
PIVOT! PIVOT!
Either way, I wish I were moved in. I’m jealous. I don’t get to move down to good ole Hali til the first of the month. Sighx100.
I like the ‘Welcome Back!’ note on the bed and your closet filled with t-shirts on hangars.
I must say, though, I’m a bit concerned over the large quantities of Simpsons memorabilia.
And definitely curb the couch if you want to get rid of it, instead of tossing it into a dumpster or off a freeway overpass. Honestly, who doesn’t love a good garbage couch?
i want the couch. you said i could have it for two dollars. don’t go back on this. my ego and trust are too fragile. when are you going to be back in the fax?
hey matt,
What did your parents say about the rest of the appartment? I mean to call Colleen…I will! I am just scared
I hope that they didn’t trip over the large amount of mushrooms that are growing out of the floor. I heard that it was quite humid in there. But it’s still close to the school! High fives all around i say!
Yeah, the mushrooms were WEIRD. Other than that, though, there was just some water on the floor in that one hallway and something had chewed through a bunch of wires in the living room. I’d mention the gang graffiti on the front door but my parents thought it was badass so I guess it’s cool.
But yes, close to the scool!
Oh, and Erin you can have the couch unless Mike wants it because I love Mike.
Dammit. So… after Mike and Erin, can I be in line for the garbage couch?
