   Matt,

   I was just talking to Mr. Voisine. The topic of our discussion was the new video I’m directing for him (no, not that Canadian uber-epic that I explained at your cottage) but another; one that deals with Christmas. And being Canadian. Anyway, our conversation somehow moved on to you and how you were an amazing writer who kicked all of those dirty Yankee’s behinds during THEIR writing competition. Ok, long story short, he wants you in his new video.

   Congrats, now I know a NOVELIST. From OAKVILLE. Are you excited about Christmas in Oakville and how you can listen to it ALL DAY EVERY DAY until Christmas?

   Christmas is going to be fun. I’m happy you’re going to be involved in some of the happenings. And I must let you know you should keep your New Year’s Eve open - a major announcement is coming in the next few days…(I hope that built suspense like they used to do on the Edge when there would be a major addition to the Edgefest lineup).

   Wow, thanks everybody!

   And Jeremy, I am literally (NOT figuratively) flabbergasted that you talked about me with someone referred to as a Mister. Flabbergasted and flattered! I would of course love to be in any video produced by ANYBODY! But especially this video. I will wear a nice shirt that will be ironed beforehand. Just like me know when and I will warm up the iron and get the spray bottle ready. (I think you are supposed to use a spray bottle for something when you iron.)

   I am very much looking forward to Christmas. We are going to see a SHOW which I will not name here because I am insecure! And I can’t wait for this New Year’s Surprise. I do have to add, though, that I am disappointed that you apparently won’t make it up to the cottage this time! I know it is close to Christmas but, honestly, do you know how awkward it will be with just myself, Bryan, Kristine and Toni? We’ll have nothing to talk about!

   Thanks again everyone! I would put the novel up on this site except I am fairly sure it is TERRIBLE and there are numerous gratuitous sex scenes and this one section where a woman gets impaled on a sword and then a demon waves her around like a noise maker.
